Cyril Pons is a news reporter. He reported on-scene the morning after the fire at the Packard Sawmill.
On September 27, 1987, Pons wrote an article reporting the death of Andrew Packard in an explosion inside his boathouse.
On February 24, 1989, he reported on the abandoned train's crime scene, where Laura Palmer was murdered, and Ronette Pulaski's reappearance.
In early March 1989, Pons reported the Packard Sawmill the morning after it was burned down.
Later in the month, he wrote an article over an explosion at the Twin Peaks Savings and Loan that took the lives of Dell Mibbler, Pete Martell, and a third man rumored to be Andrew Packard and injured Audrey Horne.
