Peggy Lipton was an American actress who appeared as Norma Jennings in Twin Peaks, Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me, and the 2017 revival.
Lipton was also well known for her role as Julie Barnes in the television series The Mod Squad, starring alongside Clarence Williams III.
