Packard Saw Mill is a fictional industrial facility in the town of Twin Peaks. Initially belonging to Andrew Packard and later to Josie Packard it was the only major facility in Twin Peaks to challenge Benjamin Horne's monopoly on the economy of Twin Peaks.
Eventually Packard Saw Mill gets partially destroyed by a fire. The fire was caused by a bomb set up by Leo Johnson, who was working on Horne.
