The meeting room is a room, either inside the Black Lodge or in the real world, where many spirits are gathered to "discuss" garmonbozia, a green Formica table missing a circular piece on it and with chrome trimming, the Green Ring, and electricity. It is located above a convenience store and is linked to The Red Room and appears to have three covered windows and some disparate furniture.
