Tom Brockman was an insurance representative.
Biography
In March 1989, Brockman expressed admiration for Shelly Johnson and Bobby Briggs' decision to personally take care of the former's invalid husband, Leo. He informed them that they would be receiving $700 per month from insurance, rather than the $5000 they were expecting.[1]
