Mr. Zipper was a plumber.
In March 1989, as Zipper adjusted the Twin Peaks sheriff's station sprinkler system's sensitivity, he listened in on a conversation between Lucy Moran and Andy Brennan about Lucy's pregnancy, unsure of whether the father was Andy or Dick Tremayne.[1]
